There are so many ways to utilize fruits and vegetables and incorporate them in your everyday meals. Studies show that on average, people should be consuming 2-3 servings of fruits and 3-4 servings of vegetables daily.

Watermelon is a great source of hydration. This fruit is approximately made up of 92% water! Therefore, consuming watermelon on a hot day is the best thing for you.
Brussel Sprouts is the most nutritious vegetable to consume. They are low fat and calorie but high in protein while also rich in fiber and a great source of Vitamin C and Vitamin K.
Kiwi has more Vitamin C than oranges do with approximately 64mg.
