Gustav Klimt created this masterwork with oil paint and gold leaf to depict two lovers kissing in a picturesque meadow of grass and flowers.

Farmhouse in a Wheat Field (1888)
Did you know that wheat is a variety of grass? Vincent Van Gogh was a huge fan. This is just one of dozens of paintings in his Wheat Fields series.
